Problem: buyer plans a 10-day pilot for jigs / battery brackets, then powder or black oxide adds a silent week and the line trial slips.

Root cause: RFQ says “as soon as possible” without finish; the portal quote looked short because coating was not selected.

Fix: (1) Lock material grade + coating on day one. (2) Read production days and courier days as two lines. (3) Use Express only when blank + light finish allow.
