Procurement
Trade Terms
Currency, payment, Incoterms, country freight sketches, carriers, duties, and lead time for international buyers. Details follow order confirmation.
Quote currency
Instant reference quotes on the site default to USD. Contract/invoice currency can be USD or another currency by agreement.
Payment methods
Typical: bank wire (T/T). Small pilot runs may be negotiated. Pay per confirmed email/contract milestones after order.
Incoterms
Common options: EXW Dongguan, FOB Shenzhen/Hong Kong, DAP, or agreed DDP (destination review required). Final terms follow order confirmation.
Carriers
International express / air / ocean (e.g. DHL, FedEx, UPS depending on lane). Table below is a ~1 kg chargeable-weight air/express sketch; final charge follows actual/volumetric weight and channel.
Duties & taxes
Unless DDP is agreed, import duties, VAT/GST are typically buyer-paid. State destination country and preferred Incoterm in your RFQ.
Packaging
Export-reinforced packaging (shock/moisture protection as needed). Special cleanliness / ESD requirements must be stated in the RFQ.
DAP / DDP & destination limits
DAP/DDP needs destination clearance capability review. Sanctioned regions or export-controlled items may be declined — confirm before order.
Lead time
Quotes split Dongguan production days + destination shipping sketch. Production clock starts after material/process confirmation and payment milestones (as confirmed). Express tiers available; freight scales mildly with lead tier. Finishes and special inspection add days.
US / EU buyer notes
US: material certificates and dimensional reports on request; export packaging. EU: support customer documentation needs (not product CE certification itself); GDPR contact in Privacy Policy. State material standards (ASTM / EN) on the drawing or RFQ.
Freight sketch by country (USD)
Reference STANDARD-tier rates from Dongguan at ~1 kg chargeable weight. Economy ≈ ×0.62, Express ≈ ×1.55. Heavier parts scale up. Duties/VAT excluded.
