DFM for bends & holes
Recommended bend radius ≥ material thickness; hole-to-edge ≥ 2× thickness typical. Keep features away from bend lines and add bend reliefs where needed.
Finishes & assembly
Powder coat, anodize (aluminum), and as-cut finishes selectable when quoting. CNC parts can ship on the same calendar when you order both processes.
Files we need
Flat pattern DXF/DWG preferred plus 3D STEP for bent parts; note material, thickness, grain, and finish.
