Problem: EOAT Datum Stack Won’t Assemble — Fix Before You Reorder

Problem: pilot EOAT / flange plates look fine as singles, then the cell won’t stack — dowels fight, camera mounts twist, Helicoil height drifts.

Root cause (usual): drawing marks ±0.1 mm everywhere, but mating faces / datums that actually locate the robot need ±0.02–0.05 mm; insert callouts and anodize masking are missing.

Fix: (1) Put a datum scheme on the PDF. (2) Call out only the fit faces tighter. (3) Name insert type + depth. (4) Mask threads before anodize.

Lead sketch: Standard ≈ 5d production + air sketch ≈ 10d total once blanks are ready — Express when finish is light.
